can anyone confirm that Active Ventilated Seat package DOES come with COMFORT seats??

My dealer is placing an order for my fully loaded 4.8, including the active ventilated seats.... but then told me that their system is charging them ANOTHER $1200 if I want comfort seats too..... this does not seem correct... everything i've read says that the regular comfort seats are included in the active ventilated seat package.

can anyone else confirm that I am correct?? has anyone actually received a car, particularly 08 model, with this? thanks.

Yes they do. I have confirmed this in person with an 08 that was being delivered, and with my CA.

You do not need the comfort seat add-on. It is included...

I think that if you have the active seats option, then comfort seats are implied - I'm fairly certain that you can't option active seats onto any other seat type than comfort seats.

Yes, I have the vent seats. I couldn't order them without the comfort seats first, so its like a $3k total upgrade cost. Something like 20 way adjustable with the butt massager. Let me tell you, the vent seats here in Texas with black leather should be mandatory.

Even with the 20-way adjust, I still can't convince my wife to adjust her seat to her liking...

Okay, just for resfresher, the vent seat package INCLUDES comfort seats....Does not include any extra/seperate charge for the comfort seats. It is stated very simply in the configurer for BMW...
