do ventilated seats still offer heat/air levels???

i was looking at pics of the dashboard for cars that have ventilated seats.... and it seems there is only one level indicator for heat and ventilation, each. on the dashboard button. are there still multiple levels for heat and air in the seats and if so, how do you select it? how do they work?

I'm not sure if you're talking about the '08s or 07s...and I don't know that they've changed. I can say that, on my '07, it does allow temperature control (three settings), as well as distribution between bottom and back.

This may vary by package as well. I have the premium package, as well as the technology package.

On my '08 4.8 this is the case, with the settings shown on the iDrive screen when you select heat or ventilation. Each starts on full, then reduces with each press on the button. The distribution is controlled by the iDrive 'wheel'.
