Talking Picking up my 4.8i tomorrow! I hope I can fall asleep tonight!
Apparently the truck left the factory today and is supposed to have my car at the dealership tonight, but there's a chance he won't make it until late tomorrow and I won't be able to pick it up until Friday. I ordered about a month ago. Space Gray exterior, beige interior, sport package, premium package, tech package, cold weather package, premium sound package, comfort access, ipod adapter, sat radio, running boards. I was thinking about getting the 20" wheels but my dealer said they make the X5 not as effective in the snow. Maybe I will get 21" or 22" wheels in the summer...but I doubt it. I want to be able to do certain things with it as an SUV and not worry about blow outs. I have the MTEC Cosmos in hand and have an appointment Saturday for tints (back half only though, I have full tints on my everyday car now and since it's illegal here I am sometimes nervous driving it around). I'm really quite excited. I got so much information in this forum over the last 2 months thanks everybody!

Congrats - I too did not get the 20"s but I now wish I had. The extra 1K would have been a lot cheaper and you could always pick up a set of 18" takeoffs for winter.
