3rd Row and Napa Leather

There is a bit of misinformation regrading Nappa and the 3rd row. It was reported here in a different thread that if you order the 3rd row, the seats are finished in Nevada.

Today I went to the dealer to look at my car and sign some papers - one thing I did look at was the 3rd row, and I can confirm that on my '08 4.8i the third row seat is finished in Nappa, like the other seats.

Cheers,
KEF

That matches what Cars.com says. It says "Please note: optional 3rd row seats are upholstered in Nappa leather."

Yep, that's all - I wanted to point out that the 3rd row does in fact come finished in Nappa if you select that option.

Cheers,
KEF

Actually, Cars.com says it's always in Nappa leather... I may get my new X5 next week with 3rd row seat so I'll know for sure then. I selected Nevada Leather.

No, no problem at all, really - perhaps it was that way on the '07, who knows.

When I went to look at the car today I was expecting to see Nevada, but I was pleased to see they were actually Nappa.

Just getting the info out there in case somebody else is thinking about this combo - Nappa and 3rd row.

Cheers,
KEF
