It's always a possibility, but I've had painted bumper reflectors on my E46M3 for 5 years and it's never been an issue or even noticed by police. It might be because they're distracted by the fact I don't have a front plate (requried in TX). I'd guess they have bigger fish to fry than to keep up with which cars are supposed to have amber reflectors on thier car.


(My 07 E70 AW/BLK almost here...in route from FL.)

Looks great! The 20" Y spokes are the best wheels on the X5 including the 21's that some poeple have. Really suit the car.

I don't know what the fuss is about the 08 comfort seats that there has been in other threads....they look absolutely great to me. I would actually say the headrest looks better.

Can't waait to get mine in a month or so.
