I agree 22's are maximum... the guy I bought my 20's from upgraded to 24" and it looked way off. The 22's leave a lot of space though from the tires... the pictures X5 above is lowered.

I have a set of 23" lowenhart ld6 from my previous ride and was deciding on wether to put them on. Any problems with rubbing?

There is no way that's the Saddle interior. It looks orange.
