Exclamation 3 issues already only after 629 kms !!

hey guys .. ive only driven my x5 for 629 kms and it already has 3 issues ..

FIRST ISSUE : i noticed today while i was reversing out of the house , the right side mirror tilted downards to make reversing easier but when i looked at the left one , it hasnt changed positions .. anyone experienced this before ? are they both meant to move or only the right one ?

2ND ISSUE : yesterday when i opened the tailgate (manual) , i noticed that one of the "thing" wasnt exactly inside the hole (SEE PICTURE) but the other one was .. i tried my best to squeeze it in but made no use ..

3RD ISSUE : the brakes on this car are fantastic but ive never seen a cars rims with more brake dust than mine !! anyone know how i can minimize this ?
Also , the front wheels seems to have more than the back wheels (SEE PICTURE) .. is it meant to be ? or am i experiencing a problem ?

Thanks all in advance
