USA EURO Radio for BMW X5(E70)

I import USA 2007 X5 4.8 to Country:Russia (Europe).
I have a Radio channel problems, As I know in USA Radio Channels are only odd frequencies. In my Country we have both odd and even frequencies.
Is it possible to reconfigure from USA to Euro standart? Please help me!

I think you need to change the radio's electronic module, most likely it will be expensive

All radio types in the E70 are configurable for your specific region. Have your dealer change the coding for the tuner from US to ECE. This will change the frequency spacing on FM to 100kHz. You can also have them change your AM configuration for your region as well.
