I just tried Build Your Own and it was NOT slow at all, maybe it wasn't working correctly when you guys tried it. It was laid out in a more clear fashion than before. All the packages on the same page, all the options on the next page, and accessories on the next. Also hovering over anything brings a pop-up description and sometimes a picture too. This is true for many of the accessories too (like the wheels). It was very quick to just check the boxes of packages, go to the next page check all the options and it was done. Honestly it couldn't have been quicker as when checking boxes the response was immediate and when going from page to page or changing colors it would take less than a second. It used to take longer for me with the old BYO with all the options and packages spread out through many pages and in a much less logical way.

The accessories are nice because you can see them on your car. It is slow and when changing colors or trying to navigate to interior, options, or accessories it freezes more than it doesnt. I like the overall new look.

I definitely like the accessories feature now. For the longest time I was debating whether the 19" sport wheels with aero kit would look good together. Everyone who had white either had the sport wheels with no aero or had the aero with 20" style 214s. But now I have my answer (even if it is after I put in the deposit) -see sig. If only there were fender flares on accessories too...
