Question about ac/heater temp. display

Good morning everyone. I have a question about the temp display. When I turn either the driver or passenger side knob to adjust the temp I notice that the orange lighting fades away on the numbers as the temp number changes. Once I stop at the desired temp them the number is brightly displayed once again... anyone else experience this and can give your thoughts? Thank you in advance for your time :-)

That shouldn't be happening. This could be something the dealer can look at.

On mine, the numbers don't fade away, but you can see that the changes in the numbers are not very fast (when turning the temp button), in other words : the display does not seem to be able to 'follow' the turns you make with the button.
But I don't mind

Did it have that problem before? I'm always afraid when dealers fix something and screw up something else.

Yes, that concerns me as well. To be honest with you, I don't remember if it did that before.

On a side note here, I posted elsewhere my whole situation about the windshield washer fluid and so on... well to replace the bottle they had to remove a tire.

Should it have been necessary to re-align the car after removing a tire and putting it back on? Thanks!

I had a question about the display as well, I have the OBC, and there is an icon on the right where the clock is displayed, and shows an antenna signal of some sort, is that my FM radio when it is on? because its also on when no radio is on. It looks like the Man talking icon on the steering wheel minus the man. I searched and read the manuals but no dice. Thanks.

That's likely the Bluetooth, and it shows how strong the cell phone signal is.

I had tried to pair a phone, but I don't think I have bluetooth, I guess I'll check again, I just got the X5 two weeks ago, and the dealer never mentioned it. So could there still be a signal for like BMW assist?
