Took Delivery Today - Any "Welcome CD/DVD?"
I just took delivery of my car today. The previous BMW's I purchased all came with some form of "welcome CD/DVD" - something that goes over the car features at a high level.

Did anyone get this? Of course, I could call my dealer, but it's a little late now.
