Lease payments on a '08 3.0

What are some of you paying on a '08 X5? Monthly payment and out of pocket $. I went to the dealer to get prices today and they were very expensive. Hopefully next month they might be cheaper. Also, what were you getting off list price? Thanks

I got my X5 3.0 with the Premium Package, Technology, Running Boards, Rear heated seats, Rear Climate, and Cold Weather Package. The monthly is low 700s and the cash up front was 4k.

I would look for one of the remaining '07s - I think there is still a $2500. rebate on the '07s plus you should be able to get it at invoice. Otherwise peterk's car sounds close to the quotes I was getting before I decided on an '07.

I was quoted premium and cold weather.List is $50,325 ( I was getting it for $48,815,$1,500 off list).Out of pocket would be $3700 and payment would be around $730. With sport added, $4,000 down and about $780 p/month. This would be my 3rd car with this dealer and I bought out the lease on the 2nd car. I don't feel I'm getting a good price. While I was there, he looked to see if there were any '07's avail. but there wasnt.

I bought my 08 3.0 x5 with prem, tech, cold weather, and rear climate during thanksgiving weekend. I pay 649 a month after putting 5k down. I was orginally quoted at 749 but negotiated it down to 649

36 months/12K a year. I'm hoping that within the next month or 2 that the money factor comes down and/or they run a special. I'm going to try 2 more dealers but I don't think I will do any better. I remember when I leased my '05 X5, I put down around $2400,36months/12K,prem,cold,sport xenons, hifi stereo and I am paying $650 p/month.

The '08 I made a deal on (and walked away from) was premium, tech, rear climate, ipod.
MSRP 54,225, Sales price 52,600, $3000. dwn $712.00 per month, including 8.25 % tax. 3 years, 10k miles.

I found an '07 with about the same numbers but it included sport, running boards and third row seat. I must say, I really like the sport package.

Wow...it sounds like the E70 does not lease well at all. My '06 X5 3.0 had a MSRP of around $53k, and I leased it for $573 + tax, no money down.

If you guys are having to put down $3-4k just to get the payments down to the $700-750 per month range, that is not a good deal at all. I would either buy it, or look at another car alltogether.

My 05 has a 130 money factor. For the current X they are quoting me 248 (with the OLP discount).

They are supposed to keep checking until it is delivered to see if they discount the rate. But for right now I wouldn't be in a big rush to lease an X.
