How often do you drive in the sports mode?

I am just curious on how often everyone uses their sports mode? Do you just use it on the highway? just in the city? all the time? I can feel somewhat of a difference in sports mode how about everyone else can you tell it makes a major difference? Also if I use the sports mode at all times is it bad on the suspension? and tires?

Mine stays in sports mode all the time to be honest.
I find the car feels more stable round tight country bends and as for ride I can't feel that much difference between normal and sport anyway with 21" wheels

All the time. Especially when I have the 20's on. Saves on the tire wear

you say this a lot... but i do not see any evidence or reason why this would save tire wear. i understand your 'theory'... but not convinced... the forces are still going to be translated somewhere between the car and the road...

FYI: i tend to use sport mode at speeds above 50 mph... or perhaps if on very curvy roads.... i find that it maybe more comfortable on bumps at slower speeds... but when driving faster, i turn it on for greater control....

truth is, i don't feel much different between sport and non sport... and for clarity... i'm talking about the little button which is supposed to affect the suspension on sport equipped models (i have 20" tires), etc.... i'm not talking about the 'shifter' in sport mode.
