Question what's the tire pressure for stock 21" X5 wheels?

I looked at the sticker by the driver door to check the tire pressure on my stock 21" tire setup(front 285/21 rear 315/21) and boy was i confused! all those bar numbers literally gave me a serious headache!

eventually i got fed up and pumped 36 in both front and rear. I'm not sure if that's the right pressure, so i'm asking you guys, what is the correct tire pressure for my stock 21s?

the load on the car is usually 2 udults and 2 children(2 year olds).

thanks!
