3.0 Twin Turbo coming to X5?

Haven't seen much discussion lately about it...just wondering what the latest rumors are on the 3.0 Twin Turbo coming to the X5. Maybe for the 2009 model?

I'd like some more power than the current 3.0si model, but I don't like the poor gas mileage of the 4.8i.

Thanks for any updates!

The twin turbo has been announced for the upcoming diesel engine in the U.S.; I have not seen anything about using the twin turbo V6 gasoline ebngine in the X5.

The twin turbo diesel sounds great, but I'm not crazy about having to "hunt down" diesel gas stations. Probably not a big deal, but I'd still prefer the gas engine.
