X5 E70 * - I have no DRL function in iDrive menu

Sorry for question - I bought my X5 E70 (european) in April.
In iDrive menu a can't find the function Daytime Running Lights.
does anybody have idea why?

If it is the Law to have the DRL on at all times where you live or where the car was originally bought(such as here in Canada) the option to turn off will be disabled.
