Question BMW X5 M-Sport Pack Lease Help

I was wondering about the current lease programs and any recommendartions.
I was planning on ordering a 4.8 w M Sport Package in Carbon Black with either saddlebrown or beige. The issue is it sums to around 72500 and dealer is only taking 3500 off and when mf converted to apr is around 3% the monthly payments are close to a 7. They end up in the high 900's, this is with 12,000 and 3 year lease any advice.
Also this would be my second X5 as it is replacing a 3 year with a black 4.4 X5 that i have enjoyed!!!
Thanks for the help.

Pricing is also blocked at this time as BMW hasnt started production yet. The price above is estimated on the $6500 price tag that was released.

Leases are pretty easily to calculate. You basically need the MSRP, selling price, money factor, and residual. When I used to lease, I asked for all of them and then calculated the numbers to make sure they weren't messing with me.

I have an Excel spreadsheet that calculates them. Otherwise you can take the numbers and plunk them into Car Lease Calculator — Monthly Lease Payments and Costs which is a very good online lease calculator.

Leasing can be rough on brand new models due to high demand limiting incentives and discounts.

is that a normal mark off of 3500? What is the factory rebate of 2500 people were talking about?
Thanks

If not I may just consider an m3 as they have one at low 60's.

I just ordered a 4.8 M-Sport with a sticker of $72225 and I expect my 36/10k lease to come out to about $873+tax.

Check that...I actually expect it to come in lower than that...around $842, but who knows.

OK, so when you guys check your production #'s on BMWUSA, do you see the car as spec'd? Mine doesnt show the M-sport package (or the sport package for that matter) and is black sapphire metallic instead of carbon black. I figured this could be the result of it being a new option, but wanted to check before I call my sales guy.
