NEW Arrvial - X5 E70 SD M-Sport with 21'' Wheels

Arrived today. Very haappy with her and how she drives. My initial view is that the ride is not as bad as people make out with the 21'' wheels. SD engine sounds class. Will report more after the first 1000KM.

Congrats ekelly, lovely car.

I have the 20" on my SD M-Sport and I am very happy with the ride.

I was thinking of getting 21's, did you get to have go on them and if so how did they compare?

Thanks Jayo

Got a run in an SE with 19'' Run Flats to start with and was told that the 20's & 21's dont feel that much different. I suppose the Adaptive Drive helps a bit too on these bumby roads of ours. I managed to get a trade in on the standard 20'' rims for the 21's. They are a dear wheel otherwise.

Regards
Enda

Very nice , enjoy. i love my sd, WHAT UNREAL POWER. My 3.0sd M has brushed aluminium around the windows which I thought was standard on the M pack. Is it an option where you are?

Yeah the chrome window surround comes as standard but I didnt like the look that much so I deleted it for the "Exterior Trim, High-Glow Shadowline" (Option #760). Not a fan of too much chrome, I think the aluminium grill is enough.
