Here check guys how I tinted the rear lights on this whip with MS Paint

I wont to do the same with my black X5 what do you guys think?

I have already tinted the front orange lights in the bumper totally black and tinted the rear red lights in the bumper I would say 80% also tinted the front indicators about 30% what do you guys think???

The tail lights look nice. Unfortunately that won't work for cars in the US due to more restrictive regulations...

This is how mine looked. I also tinted all the reflectors.

I'm not sure about US regulations but I never had any problems here in California about my tinted tail lights. I got pulled over once for the tinted front windows but the cops never said anything about the tail lights.

The same shop who tinted the windows did the tail lights and reflectors also. They used a high end, self adhesive film and used a heat gun to mold it into the light panel. It looked pretty easy to do it except I can't seem to find a place to buy the film. Unfortunately, it costs more to tint the tail lights than the entire car windows.

Thanks for the info I'm researching into it, too find the best way to tint the rear lights. The indicators, both bumper lights I tinted my self with a "special" spray for the lights. Although I could do the rear lights my self but they are way too huge to do carefully at home...
