replica wheels - yey/ney?

I came across www.bluestarwheels.com that sells replica Y spoke 20" for what seems like a very good price. They claim their wheels are made in an OEM factory for GM/VW...

Has anyone used their products? whats the general opinion on replicas?

Im thinking of getting 20's for the summer in NY.

Well built replicas are fine. Do a search, there are numerous threads on replicas.

Many people have used them here and for E53s and they seem perfectly fine although heavier than OEM. Just make sure the warranty fully covers structural damages. Bluestar and wheelsandcaps are the 2 top companies as far as I found.

^ yup, I went with wheelsandcaps though. Their widths are .5" wider front & back. About the same price.
