For the leather seats I use IKEA leather cleaner kit for couches. Its pretty simple, one bottle of soap water and the other is some special emulsion for leather treatment.
You can also get BMW leather cleaner kit, but that is just the emulsion. They claim it contains UV filter additive... so you don't have to worry that your beige leather will tan to brown :P
I have the BMW thingy, too - it seems that its not that good for cleaning dirty parts - I use the soapy water 1st only after that apply.
For the dash I have found some silicone and grease free dash cleaner but I don't remember the brand, there are a few different ones available. Cleans without any messy "after touch".
For the burl wood I use an Italian furniture cleaner spray called Pronto.
And one useful trick: for the window inside no better than a steam cleaner machine and a rubber wiper. No chemicals remove the streaks better, I have struggled with this one for quite some time and tried many sprays before figured this steam cleaner thing. Superb. The dash will be wet so do the window 1st, then the dash.
I will try the steam cleaner on other parts also and i will post my results
