"Crunching" driver side sear??Normal??

Hey all, I've had my '08 X5 for a little over 3 weeks now and I just started noticing that on the drive seat right under where your shoulder blade is on the right, that the seat crunches real bad when I get in and lean back or when I move around at all. I have the sport seats, and it happens right where the line is about the middle of the seat, towards the inside. I got out of the car and pushed on that spot and it definetly crunches each time, and nowhere else on the seat does it do anything like that at all. Also, on the passenger side it doesn't do it at all. Is that something that should be considered normal or do you think there may be something loose or broken inside the seat? I know now though it really bothers me because I notice it and feel it everytime I move! And oh yeah, I'm not a big guy at all, 6'1 155 (marathon runner) so I wouldn't think I would have broke the seat down already! Any thoughts or suggestions would be great!

Thanks!

Take it to the dealer and compare it with another X5. It doesn't sound right.
