Porsche Cayenne Vs BMW X5

Dear fellow X drivers,

I have no set agenda but just want to discuss and compare the Cayenne and the X5.

What made you choose the X over the Cayenne and how are the technologies and features compare? like the X-drive vs PTM (Porsche Traction Management all wheel drive system), the Porsche air suspension vs double wishbone + integral IV in terms of handling and comfort, reliability, milage, optional packages and so on.

With both having 6 cylinder, 8 cyliner and the X5 M version coming up, i think it's pretty obvious that the Cayenne is the closest thing to the X5 (or vice versa). Considering the amount of high quality professional discussions in this forum, i think I'll get some real good analyses.

I know it's been discussed before but I'd like to discuss the technical side of things.

Have an awesome week everyone and thanks!
