Still looking for Quad tip on 4.8 (Not Stebro!)

After the horrendous Stebro experience, I have calmed down, and turning my attention to my exhaust again, and still looking for a stainless quad tip set up for my E70 4.8 M sport ... anyone got any further with this or tried something else?

Have any of you guys tried cutting out the resonators? Replace that section with straight pipes or a x-pipe and then go from there. Its relatively a cheap mod and most owners of E53 were happy with this and didnt need to upgrade to an exhaust. If the exhaust was for a hp/tq gain then alot more ppl would opt for it but since there is minimal gains its not really worth it, IMO. Try cutting the resonators out and post a vid, I am sure there must be a clip around somewheres.
