Finally, my 2010 35d...

Hep, hep, hoooray!!!

Been holding back myself from posting on the forum as i want my 1000th post to be something special

Well, 5 days after I got my e70, I finally found time to share my experience and pictures from the PCD. Few words to describe the whole deal - awesome, amazing, exhilarating...

Im not good with reviews and stuff, coz im just a regular driver...

I have read some good reviews already and i will just point out those that are applicable to me or those that i agree with...

--- X5DieselFan's thread
* points 1 to 5

--- Blair780's thread
* for more pics of the 35d, except mine has sports seat and no leather dash

--- EyeGuy's thread
* nice detailed write up, except mine doesnt have the Adaptive Drive

and now the pics:

some more things from the PCD:

1. Once they pick you up from the airport, everything is BMW from there on (coffee, pen, water, menu)...
2. Me and my lovely wife went on Donnie's ///M3 for the hot lap, indescribable...
3. I did not do well with the ABS test thingy, but loved the Slalom part, they
even asked me to stop as i was on the tail already of the one ahead of me...
4. Off roading is a blast, especially when you are on the top of the hill...
5. Skid pad is fun, fun, fun... Donnie even taught my wife a trick...
6. Factory tour is okay, long walk... nothing much...

Thanks for sharing. That's a beautiful car! How about more pics? Was that a white exterior? Looks like you got the sport activity option. A close up pic of the rim would be nice. I have seen the small photo on bmwusa.com would be nice to see it on a real car.

Thanks for the most original PDC thread yet. Proof that there really is more to the PDC than X5s

Seems like he's holding off posting pics until he's got all his goodies installed...

So talk me through this. You are only passengers for the hot lap? Do you get to track yourself? The ABS is the skidpad thing? Slalom through cones?

I'll be at the airport boarding in 24 hours!
