USB interface
When playing music via the USB interface the entertainment system will switch to FM radio. It may happen after a few songs or after many.
In some cases the only way to continue playing using USB is to shut the car off and restart it. Anyone ran into this? Thanks I am taking it to the dealer on Wednesday but it would help if I can also give them some solution.

You might want to do a search on this topic. It was discussed a few times and if I can remember it correctly, the problem was fixed with a software upgrade but it was happening on MY 07 E70's.

My January 2008 Build Date X5 does not have this problem. When was your build date. Like said in the above post, you may need to get a program update.
