Is this considered a good price for 2008 4.8i?

I was referred to xoutpost.com due to many experts are on here. and certainly I need some expert help . just got back from my bmw dealer today, they quoted a 2008 4.8i x5 brand new for 81,688.00CAD GST included. I would really like some opinions on this deal. please take a look at the options I have, and let me know what you think .

Seems like too good of a deal for a 2008 4.8 with 50 miles - asking price $42,000 - worth a call, though.

a good deal is this:
$64k US dollars
for a 4.8 with every option xcept vent seats and active steer. 15k miles
