How to switch next/prev track buttons?

Is there a way to swap actions assigned to next/previous track buttons on the steering wheel? It looks counterintuitive when I push an up arrow and selections on the screen changes to the item below, and vice versa.

^ don't think you can program the up/down arrow buttons, only the ones with the random symbols. To be honest, I never use those arrow buttons on the steering, I play spin-the-idrive-wheel all the time.

The arrows change depending on the screen you're in. For example, if you are in the SAT radio all channels screen, the arrows will scroll thru all channels. If in a category screen (say rock), then the arrow scroll thru just the rock stations. If you switch to another view like navigation or climate, the arrows still refer to the last entertainment screen that you were on...hopefully this helps.
