Wheels for X5 (E70)

Does anyone know if the late modal 7-series wheels will fit on E70? Thanks in advance. Check this ad. http://washingtondc.craigslist.org/n...951059745.html

You will have to check the hub size. E70 hub size is 74.1 mm. You will also need to check the offset. The offsets for the e70 OEM staggered 20's are
10 x 20 front -offset ET 40
11 x 20 rear offset ET 37
I believe those wheels for the 7 series are et 20-22mm front and et 25mm rear. Check with the seller the offset should be stamped on the wheels.

7 series I think 74.56mm hub size.

Thanks Denalio for your answers.
Trying to upgrade the wheels/tires from stock 18" is somewhat challenging. Between RFT, TPMS, all-season vs. summer, cost, etc. maybe the best answer is stick with what I have. Certainly no bling, but it does its job well.

There are quite a few options unless you need to stick with RFT. The TPMS can be easily transferred to your new wheels. In VA, I would definitely go at least all-season... switching out every winter is a hassle, not to mention needing to store the other set of wheels. As for cost, go with replicas - they are perfectly fine in my experience and can cut final cost (incl. tires) in half. First we need to know if you must stick with RFTs.

The style 128 21" does exist for the E70 too btw... not sure about replicas for those though. In my opinion, as far as looks, anything is better than the 18s. (And don't forget to add the fender flares).

As my X5 has a 3rd row, I do not have a spare tire nor a jack. So, I need to stick with RFT.
