No Sport Button With Sport Package

My 2008 X5 4.8 with sport package doesn't have a sport button Did BMW Toronto lie to me? The sticker said it had the sport package and i was charged for it

In Canada you need to get the Dynamic Handling Package to get the electronic dampers (sport button)
