X5 rust inhibitor device and Auto starter

Anyone had installed these two item on their X5
- Rust inhibitor device
- Auto starter

Not sure if this rust inhibitor device that attached to the vehicle is worth it or just a gimmick. Apparently subs uses similar technology...

For the Auto starter, can't seem to find any place that sell for the E70 model or don't even have a solution for auto starting.
Anyone had one installed?
