Finally got some time to put the X in for some warranty issues (2008 3.0si). Thought it might be of some help for those with the same problems as hoperfully I might some answers from the dealer.
1. Rattle/creak from left rear cargo area. Worse on rough roads and when going over bumps and turning onto driveway.
2. When filling with petrol (gas for our American friends) the nozzle would click 1/8 of the way before actually being full.
3. Massive lag from standstill.
4. Front seat backrest vibrates back and fowards.
5. When changing to a higher gear on a motorway (freeway), car jerks very abruptly. Very harsh on your neck! Quite similar to changing gears on a manual and letting the clutch go abruptly.
6. Soft close trunk does not operate 100%. ie does not close properly when the trunk has not been slammed.
All minor things but nonetheless annoying. Will update once I have answers if anyone is interested.
However, main reason for the car being in was .. aerokit and fender flares installation. A big thank you to australian member 'Bozz' who pointed me in the right directions for the good deal. Pictures up once I try out concorso swissvax.
