G-Power supercharger worth the $20k?

My dealer offered me a G-Power supercharger for the X5. They said if I install it through them, they will offer full warranty on the part used as if it was part of the car. According to them it will have a 0-60 just under 5.0 and will be packing almost 500hp. Only problem is the tag, which is $20k. I was going to get it when I took delivery of the X, but now am considering waiting for the M. I will definitely get the M X5, but will keep this as well in the family.

Is it worth spending 20k or should I wait (and suffer)?

it's not worth it too me.

if you were tracking the X5 i would say maybe. as a point of reference a twin screw for an E36 can be had for about 12k before install costs. it puts about 400 to the wheels on a 6 cylinder.

If you can afford it, then I say why not! You only live once

I say go all the way if you plan to keep it.

I am definitely ordering the X5 M the first day it is available. I think its about 8 months until I will actually get the car. The X5 i have know will go to my brother who will get his license this summer or if my dad or mom want a second car. Only power crazy person in the house is me. I might just wait it out, but I would love to have it.
