I do 80% city driving (tons of lights) and my "mix" comes out to 15mpg. Without any highway, I'm getting 12.5mpg - not being easy on the accelerator of course - it's saddening, but I don't drive often enough to want to save gas.

I'm doing 27.1 mpg according to the computer. Although never get much above 65MPH on the roads where i live. Oh and that is a UK imperial gallon equivalent to 1.2 US gallons.

Have only 700miles so far and getting about 15.6 city - highway got as high as 21 mpg without hills and a constant straight run. Tried both regular (dealer recommended it) and premium - no change in mpg but highway engine noise was reduced with premium. City on regular was ok but will stick with premium. Know it recommends premium but the dealer who has been selling BMW's for over 20 years said thats all they use when they fill their cars and he himself uses it in his own car.

On my recently turned in Volvo V8 also ran regular and premium. With the premium got SIGNIFICANTLY better highway mpg. On a long trip doing avg of 75-80 mpg on regular was 18 and premium jumped to 22.

I'm glad someone else is down by my 12.5mpg city number... I was beginning to think that it's the Citgo premium gas I've been putting in lately. Usually went with Sunoco but it's on the damned wrong side of the road each time I want to pump.

Just shy of 5k miles. Mostly long distance driving between populated areas (very little city freeways, or streets), and the computer shows 19,2 MPG combined. I'm OK with that.
