Airbag warning
3rd time passenger airbag warning has come up. Will be taking in for 3rd time for same problem in less than one month. Previously, manager had said if happened again they would have to put me in a new car. I have a call out to him. I'll wait and see. I really like the vehicle but have never had sooo many problems with any car I've had

Manager I've been talking to off today. Plan to take in Mon. I know its only the passenger airbag and I usually drive alone but am starting to lose faith in this car. Lemon law in OH is 3 times to repair same thing or 30 days out of service or 8 different repairs in first year.
Frustrated and am leaning toward trying to force replacement. End rant

Hopefully it is lemon'd after a 3rd failure if you no longer trust the vehicle.

Heard from manager today. Says there is a problem and he will start the process to get a replacement. When I bring it in Monday, they will write it up. Says it typically takes about a week to get authorized from BMWNA. Sounds too good to be true. I have been impressed with the way the dealer has responded.
