Certainly runflats. But the spare depends on your particular global market and whatever BMW decides. You don't get a spare in the UK.

You don't get a spare in Australia either if you order the 3rd row seats. There is a rear tyre carrier available but it looks butt ugly sitting on the back and I can actually say I have never seen one in the flesh!
