Does your right/left fog light turn on independently?
FYI... the right and left fog light turn on based on the direction you're turning the steering wheel. i saw this and thought my fog lights were broken, turns out it's an auto feature for the car

dc2 is on a distinguished road
This is the adaptive headlight feature, should only do it on the move won't do it whilst parking. eg Turn the steering wheel left the the headlights swing left and the left fog light comes on.
