Yep, I bought an '07 E70 last month and my fog lights do the same thing. Mine will even turn on when the X is in drive and I'm at a complete stop. It's a fantastic feature.

BTW. I this web site is great too. I've learned a lot from you guys already. Thanks!

You won't appreciate the details if you don't read the manual on a German car. There's parked car ventilation, residual heating, 3 climate control programs, a neat tilt-vent position for the panoramic moonroof (if so equipped), etc....
