Does anyone make software for the E70 4.8?

I am not looking for noticable power gains, I'd just like a more sensitive throttle. I have Dinan software in my 5 series and it really changed the "personality" of the car. Even though its not faster, it feels more eager to accelerate when you get 90% torque with a 25% push on the pedal...

I'd like this for our 09' X5 4.8i, but not sure I want to do a sprintboost (I have no experience with them, but I've heard they can make the car lurch off idle which the Dinan software definitely does not do)

Does anyone make engine software for the X5 4.8? The motor's been out for over 2 years now?
