I don't know, but, it's a total piece of cake. Based on what I saw while installing my running boards, you just remove the rivets (don't worry, trash them because they cannot be reused), pull hard enough to remove the clips on the arches, reinstall the new arches, and install the new rivets. To install the new rivets, insert them fully, THEN press in the plastic part sticking out to secure them into position.

BTW, I just found these arches at my local dealership for significantly less (with my CCA discount) than I've been seeing them on eBay.

Fleas, do a search on 'wheel arch extension retrofit'. Paul has a pretty good write-up there.
