Please help, front suspension problem

Hy everybody. Let me tell you my problem with the front suspension of the X5. I live in Romania, and our roads are not so good. As a result this night when I was cruising I heard a very strange noise from the front suspension. When a road is a little bit bumpy I hear some bumps ar the front, and also kinda feel them at my foot. I year ago I had an X5 but it was an 3.0d, and I had the same problem with it. I`ve changed the suspension but after a while the sound come back. Also I hear awful noises from my tailgate.
My question: what can I do in this situation? have you ever heard someone with the same situation? or because the bad quality of the roads in my country all the x5`s will have the same issue with the suspension. Someone told me once that the suspension on the E70 generation is not so good.
What do you think? Any advice is kindly welcome
Thank you,
