21" or 22" run flat all weather tires?

I am planning to purchase the BMW 239s 21" wheels or other after market 22" wheels on my 2008 X5. I have been researching on the internet but can't seem to find all weather run flat tires for 21" or 22" wheels that are more than 9" wide.

The best combination I am getting is the Michelin Latitude, which is a 20" all season and fits the BMW 227s (20" siblings of 239s). But these are not run flats.

Can anyone suggest if there are any all season run flats in 20" or more and wider than 9"?

Why are you looking into 20" RFT's if you are planning to purchase 21" or 22"?

My first choice is 21" all season run flats for the 239s. But since I am unable to find tires like these, so I started looking at 227s which is 20" siblings of 239s. The only all season I could get for 227, is the 20" Michelin Latitude, which is all season, but not run flat.

I may upgrade to 20" Y-spoke if there is all-seasons with run flat availalbe. I have 3rd row seat (No spare). Run flat is my last solution when anything happen on a road trip...
