USB & iPod Adapter

My iPhone 3G S will play if I plug it into USB & iPod Adapter in my 2009 X5 Diesel (May production), but it will not recharge. I've been told that there is a new adapter that will work with and recharge the iPhone 3G S, as well as with my iPod, but cannot find the P/N.

Does anyone here have that new P/N?

Try this -- I have heard it works well. I will be using it when my iPhone 3GS arrives.

Thanks, looks like a workable short term solution. Hopefully, BMW will update the adapter, but meantime this should ties us over.
