I too had an E60. I placed my order today for a new E70. The 545i was lots of fun but I needed all wheel drive for the inclement weather here, more cargo room for the toddler's stuff, and higher ground clearance for crummy roads. I'm definitely more of a car guy than a SUV guy, but the new X5 w/ sport package is a great compromise. I'm buying the torque monster diesel.

His is a non-sport (std 18's) hence he is ordering the shadowline and bigger wheels. beautiful car either way.
