TaMbALoLoNg: very nice job on your mods! Ur X is looking sweeeeeeeet!

Really liking the ACS body kit, but only for black cars. The promo photos on ACS's sites for the kit in white and space grey don't look so hot.

Only the best methods my man, so u can get to the tight spots. The hardest part is the cleaning process. Took me over 4 hours to clean, degrease, and sand it down. I used 150 then 320 grit to sand it down real good. I only wanna do this once so I took my time.

Shes not gonna get dropped. Congrats on the arrival of your FF's your gonna love 'em.

Flare install procedure, if you installed RB's, this is a piece of cake really nothing to it. You just need:
a. Plastic Rivert Setter - to install new rivets
b. small hammer - to tap out old rivet with nail
c. (1) 1/12" finishing nail - to push old rivet in for removal
d. flat tip screwdriver - to pry out old rivet

Remove front old arch by pulling outward from the back(running board side) and work its way to the front.
Remove rear old arch by pulling outward from the front(RB side) and work its way to the rear.
The plastic rivets come in 2 different lengths. Make sure to use the longer plastic rivets for the front flares and the shorter for the rears. Thats it. Let me know if you need more guidance ENJOY.....
