Fender flares?

Hello let me first start by saying please no flaming since I did search for this and could not find the answer. Anyway, I installed my new fender flares and 128 wheels. As I was going to throw away the empty fender box then I found these at the bottom of the box in a bag marked - Retrofit kit, wheel arch extensions 21". They are marked left and right and come with 6 screws. I also noticed on the box that had the flares in it said - Retrofit kit, wheel arch extensions (No 21" stated).

Did I miss something? I installed the flares with no issues and now I have these. I tried to figure out if they went anywhere and could find a solution. Is this something extra since I have 21's, or are these completely unnecessary? I feel foolish since I'm usually a pro at these bolt on mods. Help! Thanks!

Not sure what they are for but I recall reading somewhere that if you are using particular style of wheels there are extra parts which may be these....

Did a search...These are deflectors... they may fit uder the car maybe to replace the ones already there ?.. you only need these for the 21" wheels...

TaMbALoLoNg is an unknown quantity at this point
Looks like those are the extensions for the back end of the rear arches.
SEE ITEM 9. You wont need it unless you want to cover up the remainingportion of the tire thats still visible from the back. Hope this help you out

Hey TaMbALoLoNg, I couldn't figure out where they go. I found that diagram yesterday and it doesn't make much sense. There is no where around that area for those parts to go.

Oh well my 21s look great and they don't stick out. So unless these 2 unknown weird parts are essential to the flares staying on I guess I don't care.

Thanks for the suggestions anyway.
