Cruise control with break function retrofitting

Does anyone can help on this work?
I checked ETK on the parts, it shows below difference between vehicles with cruise control and non-cruise control: Steering column switch, lower cover of steering column cover, instrument cluster. Does it mean that I can have cruise control function by replacing above said parts and encode them? Is there anything else I need to replace or change?
