I believe their are only three viable options here:

A Russian that has relocated mafia in tow to CA
A Roman who is clearly proud that he or she can count to 50
Or Vin Diesel is trying to send a message to the producers in Hollywood that he is ready to green-light the next two sequels to XXX........

Speaking of fake badges, I saw a Kia or Hyundai SUV two days ago that actually had a one-piece BMW kidney grill and roundel part that covered the original vehicles emblem and grill. It was painted the same color as the car and I could see plain as day that it was simply installed over the existing parts. Total one-piece add on. I wanted to take a photo, but the guy was looking right at me and I felt bad laughing and snapping photos at the same time.

You probably saw Kia Sorrento X5 edition.
