Didn't you ask your service advisor about these problems when you picked up the vehicle??

I don't read threads that tell me to read them.

Why not ask your SA before taking the vehicle home?

at my dealer my SA disappears after I hand him the keys to bring it into the shop. At the end when it's done, all they do is call my name and hand me the receipt and get my car for me. No talking to anybody unless I ask for it.

"Removed CCC unit" = Removed Clueless Customer Chap from the vehicle.

"road test the vehicle with shop foreman, unable to duplicate" = Had sex in the backseat, but did not become pregnant.

I was curious about CCC so I googled it and found a reference to ccc (aka iDrive). Seems your DVD player was bad but the iDrive was otherwise ok with a short test.

I had a few cars with issues that the dealer mechanic could not reproduce like the car pulling to the right or a noise behind the dash and also got blown off initially.

Seems your seat issue was not noticed by your shop mechanics so you will need to go for a ride With Them and describe the problem real time. I suspect those guys, if backed up, blow off non-obvious stuff to see how important it is to you to bring it back a second or third time. A litmus test of sorts like how insurance companies deny payment for things initially only to recant after you complain so many times...
