DVD changer. Has stopped playing video

For those of you with DVD changers, have you checked that your DVD changer is still playing DVDs? I haven't tried mine since I had the software upgrade for the acceleration lag issue.

I can still play DVDs but I only get sound. I get the following screen while I am parked -- it does not go away. Even putting the parking brake on does not make a difference. I have tried different DVDs and different DVD slots.

Any ideas please? If not, I guess I have visit my "friendly" dealership...
